From the initial site consultation with Eddie, through to completion of the booked service and additional works needed, Air Conditioning Brisbane delivered excellent service. Eddie uncovered ducting in a serious state of disrepair and leaking onto our freshly reconditioned and spray-painted suspended ceiling. We put our painters on notice that our lovely new ceiling was about to be pulled apart for the installation of new ducting and that we'd need them to come back and repair and repaint it, once AC Brisbane had completed their works. On returning to the office after a week overseas, I saw that our ceiling was in exactly the same shape as when I left. I surmised that the ducting work had been postponed for some reason but was pleasantly surprised to learn that ACB technicians, Eddie and Shane, had very carefully separated the painted ceiling panels, completed their work, and refitted them perfectly, even meticulously cleaning each one to remove any trace of the usual tradie-hand grub-marks. While that might make Eddie and Shane a crime scene investigator's worst nightmare, they exceeded our expectations in every way. All-in-all, very professional job, carried out cost-effectively, on time, on budget, by courteous individuals who clearly cared about our needs and took pride in their work. Highly recommend.

We installed a new ducted reverse cycle system, the quote they provided was by far the most competitive. They always arrived on time for the quoting and installation appointments, very courteous to deal with, communication was always excellent keeping us well informed of what was happening (particularly on installation day), the quality of the installation job was top notch and Eddie was always very patient when I've asked him a thousand technical questions. AC Brisbane have just finished installing 2 Daikin ducted A/C systems to replace an existing 20yo system that was no longer serviceable in our high-rise apartment. Peter and Rowen did a remarkable job running new plumbing and wiring through a drop- down ceiling section with minimum disturbance of the ceiling. Peter is an extremely capable technician who quietly and calmly goes about the required tasks ably assisted by Rowen. All the various components were very neatly installed and it has been a pleasure to have them in our home.

The AC Trades people that carried out the dissconnection and repositioning of my air con compressor unit were professional , their work was excellant and they cleaned up after the work ! I would definatly reccomend AC Brisbane for your Airconditioning needs

This is the second time I've used this business. Service is everything I could hope for - prompt, professional, reliable and more. Eddie and Peter are lovely people and always available to answer questions. I was delighted when I discovered that they do small electrical jobs too.

Eddie is an absolute champion. In Dec 2020, I had a competitor come to give my living room air conditioner a service to prepare for the summer, and because I was due to have a baby in January. They told me that geckos had got into the boards (Mitsubishi Electric) and killed it. They told me they'd source the part and send me a quote, and I never heard from them again. I was left with no AC. I didn't have the cash to hand to get it replaced (I had budgeted for a service, and could have funded the lower end of replacement parts but ... no quote!) so went until April (all summer! With a newborn! Thank god it was a La Nina summer!), when Eddie came to help me out. It was fine. He clicked the vanes and flipped a switch. Came on, no worries. However, my family and I had banded together to replace the entire unit, and get a new one installed in the master bedroom (thank you to Chris for doing a great job on that whilst Eddie and I dealt with the other one!). What Eddie COULD have done is not told me the main unit was fine, replaced it, got paid, and walked away with the functioning unit, which he could have sold on. Instead he was straight with us, telling us it was probably good for another few years, and if it was his he wouldn't replace it. Then he gave it the service I'd been waiting since Dec to have done. It was his honesty which was really remarkable. So thank you, Eddie, for providing a great service, a great quote (from the outset - obviously things changed), and thank you thank you thank you for not taking advantage of us.

Ed from AC Brisbane has performed the maintenance to all the air-con units in our apartment complex. He recently had the joy of replacing the ducted system in our apartment which was very tricky. We've since sold that and moved to a rental unit in the same complex and he has this week replaced the ducted unit in this unit. We are also getting them to install a brand new system in our new home build in Redland Bay early next year. Highly recommend Ed and his team.
