All systems supplied and installed by AC Brisbane have a 5 year full manufacturers warranty - Parts and Labour, and 36 month installation warranty.

Important warranty information

Important note - Warranty will be voided by the manufacturer if the system is not installed by a fully licensed and qualified tradesperson, or in accordance to the manufacturers specifications. Under these circumstances, any service or repair costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Warranty does not cover issues arising from lack of general maintenance, vandalism, theft, vermin damage, fire or flood.

AC Brisbane can assist you if a warranty issue arises. You, the client, must contact us on 1300 222 747.

When placing a warranty claim you will need to provide proof of purchase (your tax invoice)

Calling the manufacturer - The number for each manufacturer will be on the warranty form which came with the system itself. We have also included the phone number below for quick reference. You will be asked for the indoor/outdoor model and serial numbers, date of installation, installation company details and a potential fault code.

How to find the fault code on your air conditioner.

Daikin: Aim the remote controller at the air conditioner. Press and hold the “timer cancel” button for approximately 5 seconds. Release when “00” is displayed on the controller. Press (short press) the “cancel” button until a long beep is heard (double beep is an associated fault) The long beep represents the fault code in your air conditioner (e.g long beep on U4). Note - A long beep on “00” means no faults present/recorded.

Panasonic: Aim the remote controller at the air conditioner. Press and hold the “check” button for approximately 5 seconds. Release when “--” is displayed. Press (short press) the timer “^” button to scroll through the error codes list, until a “long beep” is heard. The long beep represents the fault code in your air conditioner (e.g. long beep on F99).

Other things to remember and help maintain warranty on your air conditioning system:
